Vakavaka many of the temples whose pictures u give exist in a dilapidated state today due to the ravages of time. Secondly although the early Muslim invaders certainly looted and demolished Hindu temples many of the later Muslim rulers--particularly the Mughals--who had actually settled down in India gave funds for the building and upkeep of Hindu temples. Third looting and even demolishing Hindu temples was a practice engaged in by Hindu kings in India long before the coming of the Muslims.

Let us get our historical facts right. Let us not be like Modi and claim Alexander invaded Bihar, or that Taxila is in Bihar.

Bhadrakali Mela The historical temple of MAA BHADRAKALI is situated 7 km from the district headquarter. The sixth emperor of Bikaner Maharaja Ram Singh said to have constructed this temple on Badshah Akbar's desire. Though pilgrims visit the temple throughout the year but during the Mela days on Chaitra Sudi 8 and 9, thousands of pilgrims from Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan visit the temple to worship MAA BHADRAKALI.
