No wonder. Once Saddam Hussein ran in an "election" in Iraq. He got 99.996% of the vote. Immediately he set up a commission to investigate why he didn't get 100%, and if it were humans who were responsible for the 0.004% slip from perfection, locate those hapless humans for a full debriefing.
