The fact that Amit Shah--who is a murder accused and is out on bail--is able to get away by preaching hatred and ill will amongst communities is indicative of a failure in the Indian legal system as is the fact that a case related to Narendra Modi's complicity in the 2002 Gujarat riots has only recently been taken up by the Gujarat High Court.
