Yes, what is needed in war ravished Jaffna is Hindi classes where 12 people attended.

If India caredc about Tamils they would offer computer classes (as US does where more than 10000 Tamils graduated).

It shows Hindi fanaticism i n Indian gov

The Indian envoy V Mahalingam is either tamil or malayali. Moreover learning hindi will enable the people of Jaffna to enjoy hindi films and songs ( entertainment/hobby) and further it will help them if they get opportunities to work in north India.

KV, didn't you realize that Rashmun is a Hindi fanatic? He will find some obscure article to show that a Tamilian named the language Hindi because it is convenient to his argument. But he will take great exception if a Tamilian named Hindi-speakers as Hindian.
