HRD Minister Smriti Irani took Rs 70,000 from her husband while Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu has given his wife a loan of Rs 26.05 lakh. Kaur has loaned her husband and Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal Rs 4.86 crore. Badal junior also owes his father and Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal Rs 27.52 lakh.

What is this getting a Loan from wife/husband ?...????
