...A big fat guy from nigeria/liberia sits next to you on your London-JFK flight (he changed planes in London).

Will you request a seat change and if the crew refuses what will be your reaction ?

I would want to request a seat change but I do not have sufficient grounds just because the next guy is from Liberia.

I actually did something similar on a train. I was in NYC for work soon after London bombings and saw a Muslim bearded boy board a train with a backpack. I was standing near the door and changed my car at the next stop. Nothing happened, but I didn't take the risk.
