Bangalore software exports have grown from Rs 18,100 crore in 2003-2004 to 1.4 lakh crore in 2014. Holding on to the top spot though their share went down to 31% from 36% in 03/04.

During the same period Hyderabad/AP pharmaceuticals exports have been impressive, from about Rs 3000 crore in 2003-2004 to Rs. 30,000 crore in 2013-2014 or about 1/3rd of total exports. It doesn't look like  CBN's departure in 2004 impacted state development despite his claims.

CONmen didn't give much credit to ABV for the economic turnaround (like you, they used stats to mislead the nation on the economy during UPA-2).

If Hyd Pharma in 2013-14 has grown 10 fold compared to in 2003-04, it doesn't mean that it has nothing to do with the pre-2004 foundation-type policies.

If you look back to the 1970's, Bombay and, to a lesser extent, Kolkata and Baroda were the Pharma hubs in India. Thanks to CBN's forward looking policies, Hyd has become a major Pharma hub (in the 70's, Vijayawada was a bigger pharma hub (SIRIS) than Hyd (which only had the govt. owned and money losing IDPL). Similarly, under Modi, Gujrat has become another major pharma hub (Cipla & Torrent).

Sonia and Pappu were talking garbage about Modi in Gujrat until they were beaten into a pulp in May 2014.

Give CBN some time. He will build AP into a prosperous state.

I wasn't discrediting CBN's accomplishments rather discrediting his discrediting of the accomplishments of successive govts. Btw, PVN actually allocated one of the first software parks in India to Hyderabad to promote IT and I'm not sure CBN can take any credit for Pharma industry's growth

Rome is not built in one day.
No one man can build a city.

PVN, MMS laid the foundations.
ABV, CBN, SM Krishna - did the gardening (probably the most difficult part of the process)
2004 MMS and Congress - Harvest mode (the credit they deserve is that they did not destroy the hardwork fast enough.
UPA policy failed to take the economy to next level and pushed india into 4% growth rates in 2012 and 2013.
Now it is the difficult phase of rebuilding in a world wide de-leveraging environment. Let us if modi has the touch.

I'm sorry but CBN's and his supporters claim is that Hyd was built and peaked between 1996 and 2004

Strawmen argument.  You are not arguing with those supporters.

That's correct, bringing up YSR/Jagan and looting as a counter to any post that talks about shortcomings of CBN is never a strawman argument (I can show you umpteen examples of your, vakavaka's and echchuneni's posts of this trend) but if I employ similar tactic, it is warped or false moral equivalence exhibited by a confused-islamo-apologist-caste-idiot-cbn-hater-doucheman; Righto.
