Was hopelessly jetlagged, hence thought will chat with people, whoever was online.

Anyhoos, since you asked, this year started part bitter, part sweet. Sweet as in, I was happy, somewhat, at a personal level; bitter as in, a friend of mine passed away suddenly. That one shook me up. She was my age, give or take 1. And you can say life dealt some pretty bad hands to her, but whenever I am counting gems of people in my life, she has always been somewhere on top there. You might not have met a more bindaas person in your life, the crazy kinds they show in movies, she was it. I am sure she was happy and kept everyone around her happy until the end, but I sincerely hope she was happy at her core in her last days.
