I bet, Ambedkar-Periyar Sikular Student unions oppose such a test.

The problem and protest will begin when the exit exam results show the quota guys overwhelmingly failing. Quotawallas will then claim that the exams are designed to favor the upper castes.

I strongly recommend that the pro quota politicians be treated exclusively by the quota doctors wonly.
