- what you have admitted publicly here about cheating columbia university ("because it is wealthy!"); 

- your website, which displays your name with the qualification, "b.s. (columbia university, u.s.a.)" attached to it; 

- and a faded copy  of an inter-office memo written by a columbia university office worker, that starts with the words, "I need your help,"  that you claim is - hahaha - your degree certificate!

your case seems alarmingly like the madhya pradesh scam that's in the news all over the world. I heard about it on bbc yesterday. 

what the world knows about india, especially northindia, based on cases such as yours: 

1. lying, cheating, and rape; 

2. ill-treatment of women (didn't you slap your wife in front of your son and brag about it in a post here?) 

3. open defecation. (btw, did you bring your lotah back from jamshedpur?)

Why shuold he. If indeed he claimed to have a degree when he really did not, then he has moved on to a higher level. He is now on par with Rahul, Sonia, Smriti, and Topar(?)

here are some facts:

you cheated columbia university out of tuition; you skipped town; columbia refused to award you a degree in anything; you have not settled your debt to columbia. (even if you do, columbia may not award you a degree.) your website lies about your qualifications. it lies to customers, contractors, employees, and investors. this is only about your college qualifications fraud. there is much more.

I notice that, after earlier claiming that only people lacking in self-esteem want college degrees, you are now anxious about whether or not columbia will award you one, were you to repay your debt. the short answer: not necessarily.

most universities have regulations on the maximum amount of time that can elapse between the courses you took and the award of a degree, I.e. they are unlikely to award a degree on the basis of obsolete courses, especially in computer science. I doubt that that period is anything like thirty years.
