Hmm.... Just imagine what will happen if the immigrant workers are Wahabis from S Arabia and not kafirs from Kerala. Then, what will happen to the efficiency?

(It is not unthinkable that, in future, S Arabia will revert back to its nomadic life of smelling camels in makeshift homes and wiping behinds with rocks - can easily happen as soon as the world discovers a cheaper source of energy; look at the once mighty Mongolia! The Saudis are not any smarter than Mongolians - Genghis Khan and the Saudi "King" borrowed expertise from outside and thought that their prosperity was permanent. So, seeing poor Saudi workers in other countries can be a possibility.)

Quite a few surprises,

Qatar was ranked just ahead of Singapore, followed by Finland, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates and New Zealand. Rwanda had the seventh most efficient government in the world, with the blog explaining that this "strong showing" was thanks to the country's "low level of waste in government spending". The UK came 14th.
