A bomb scare regarding international flights in Bengaluru created a major ruckus during the weekend. Not only were flights in Bengaluru delayed, Delhi and Mumbai were also affected. Just a day later, police caught the person behind the hoax calls and discovered it was not some prankster or terrorist organisation, but a techie based out of Bengaluru who was trying to frame someone else for it.

What the police also discovered was that seven months ago, this man allegedly killed his own wife, passed it as a suicide, tried to frame the husband of the woman he loves and finally got caught.

But his meticulous planning was messed up when police used his own technology to catch him.

Here’s the complicated case broken into episodes:

Gokul created fake e-mail ids to exploit his wife, Anuradha’s blind faith in religion. Using these religious id’s, he not only made her confess about her extra-marital affair in writing but also managed to get her nude pictures with her lover. He promised her that this will lead to her happy life with her lover.

What a waste. This guy had a lot of "potential." religious-minded women (not the freaks) are great potential affairinis.

Looks like Rev Flimmy Iyer is not the only colonial slave in this world (Read the two comments).

...A better version and also more comments....

The guy posed as a God woman, a Church Minister, and as an IS terrorist.

My question is it looks like the both the old flames are back in action and continued their love. Why did he disturb the setting? He could have had the best of all worlds.

the biggest thing that always boggles me (and fears me) about cold blooded or psycho murders is… you have someone you love, they mean the life to you, but then there is someone out there who decides they don't need to live any more. Could be this love stupidity, or money, or abuse, or they may just be unfortunately in a wrong place at a wrong time and become a victim of a sick mind. why can't these supposedly rational people (most of them are) understand that the person you think you need to kill to get them out of your way has a world full of people who loves them. They may be of no use to you, and they are not criminals, so send them to people who do need them or will accept them happily. There are so many other ways then killing. ugh.

"With evil planned ahead, Gokul created fake e-mail ids to exploit his wife, Anuradha’s blind faith in religion. Using these religious id’s, he not only made her confess about her extra-marital affair in writing but also managed to get her nude pictures with her lover. He promised her that this will lead to her happy life with her lover. Gokul showed these pictures and messages to Anuradha’s father (retd. senior police official) and remained in his good books.
In 2015, one evening he got Anuradha drunk enough and hit her with a Ganesha idol twice on her head till she died. He rubbed her head and made it look like a suicide. The police suspected him, but Anuradha’s father gave him a clean chit based on his daughter’s extra-marital affair. For Gokul, one obstacle on the path was gone. It was time for the next step."

The woman is so dumb and it's clear where she got the dumb gene from. It's scary that the father was a senior police officer.

I have heard about women sending "nude pics" of themselves on cell phone or on webcams in those days... Dont they ever know that pics, e-transmission are there forever? I am almost coming to the conclusion that women seemed to become overconfident during lusty times and assume the world behaves per their wish and thinking.

>>>I am sure there are tell-tale signs, but the victim doesn't want to see it or rationalizes them away. These killers are not governed by reason. Very, very sad for the families.

I was talking more abt the woman falling for some email godwoman and sending her the nude pix, believing that some promise will be fulfilled.

>>> What is the writer of this article, Shubhi Dixit, talking about Anuradha's blind faith in religion, her (Anuradha's) extra-marital affair and exchanging the nude pictures with her lover in the same sentence?

theory only... people sin... the blind religious ones probably feel guiltier about it, and hence the need to seek atonement, affirmation, or whatever a "god" person can "assist" in giving. guess this is how religion institution has survived all these centuries. make rules, have people believe them and break them, and come back to believe even more aggressively.

How cold was this guy, if you imagine. Living with a wife, and yet talking to her as someone else online. Not letting her know even a little that he knows it all. Wasn't he himself tortured by her confessions and pictures? Nope, instead he happily shared them with her father to prove his own future innocence. Even now he had his way out. Prove adultery and get out. A simple man would just confront and move ahead. But no, he wanted to kill. So diabolic. And he had even worse predicament in mind for the lover's husband... glad the officials take terrorism seriously enough to do a better probe of things like this.
