....Recent election results in Bihar and Gujrat indicate that CONartists and other Sikular politicians win only in rural areas. So, if more and more voters live in rural areas, CONmen can get back to power. So, Pappu should campaign against development, jobs, creation of smart cities, industrialization, infrastructure development, commerce, etc., so that more and more people will get stuck in rural areas. He should increase taxes for urbanites for funding rural giveaways. At election time, CONartists should distribute shovels and buckets to collect cow dung, straw to build huts, etc.
