...He may have a point here...

Right now, the mushroom growth of "self-financed colleges" are literally producing millions of illiterate graduates. I came across information (reliable) that many, many colleges hire instructors for 1 day or 1 week, and rent out desk and chairs for 1 week during the time of "AICTE" inspection visits. And MOST of these colleges do not list faculty members on their website - bcz they dont have any.

Somehow the "IT mist" is covering up all the dirt and sewage in the education "industry" in India.
