Affordable Care seriously needs tinkering.

it is meant for those $15/hr employees, but they cannot afford its high premiums. Also, they need to pay down $2 - 3,000 before benefits kick in. Finally, those with no jobs will still cough and rot in the nearest garbage dump.

Version 1 needs upgrade.
