Read the article to make up for yourself what is happening to Indian Rupee. EU crisis seems to be siphoning off dollars and risk appetite among investors. EU banks combined with Indian Inc. seem to be cleaning up available dollars pushing rupee down.

A lower rupee means higher inflation and lower investment interest.
