One must appreciate the modi government for taking steps to ensure safety of soldiers in combat , something that Congress governent had neglected earlier . but only 1.59 lakh helmets have been ordered while armed forces are numbering 1.3 million plus paramilitary forces another 1.2 million . Maybe more will be ordered later as money is available .
