Thanks to food stamps program, America doesn't show up on such lists. There has been so much growth, development and prosperity under the dope and change candidate Obummer that record number of people use food stamps.

You are an idiot, you know that. Right! Let me explain how.
India was at 55 in 2014 when Modi became PM.
India dropped to 80 in 2015 in 1 year. This was surely triggered by horrible practices and decisions made by previous administration.
If you think Modi did something in 1 year that dropped India 25 places on hunger index in 1 year then you can also say Trump is the reason why economy grew since Dec 2016. The point is, you'll prove you are a moron (as if we do not know ).
India dropped 17 more places by 2016 (less slide) and 3 more by 2017 (even lesser slide). This is called deceleration, or checking the slide for readying the ship to go in other direction.
BTW, only a 3 place slide is in the year after demonetization.
Anyways, I don't think you can understand that by 2018 India will climb in other direction up the slide index. Now, that will be proving bastards like you and others wrong.
But you will not post that article here in 2018 showing India's position on the hunger index.
