.....Modi and Jaitley have been treating CBN with disrespect and provisions in the AP re-organization act have been ignored. Their rhetoric and action never matched. CBN has been showing a lot of patience until now and, looks like, he is finally pulling the plug. CD and Jagan may be temporarily happy with this development but the people of AP will clearly be angry with Modi.....

It's probably not in the long term interest of BJP to ally with other ruling parties in various states because doing so will only help the latter to hang onto power longer at BJP's expense.

BJP is a nobody in the South (except in Karnataka). It has been trying to get its foot in the door for some time. In AP, is has no real presence. I am sure, voters there are very upset with Modi for lying and not implementing what is in the AP bifurcation act. I have a feeling that CBN will take the issue to the Supreme Court.
