Indian secularists and leftists (including the so-called leftist revolutionaries), at home or abroad and while sometimes even calling the BJP as the right wing Hindu party, never in the past or presently opposed, protested or raised issue with the official use of religious laws in India for different communities separately (as Hindu law, Muslim law, Christian law, Sikh law, etc., currently), and they never demanded the replacement of religious laws (Hindu law, Muslim law, Christian law, Sikh law, etc., in use currently) with UCC (uniform civil code) to ensure one law for all so as to dispense equal justice under the law to everyone, irrespective of religion, race, caste and gender.

BJP fails your UCC test for their stance on sabarimala

It is right wing Hindu party because it thinks India is Israel, any Hindu born anywhere in the world should automatically be given Indian citizenship

Even the communist party Govts. for decades in Kerala and W. Bengal did nothing about implementing the UCC, just like others (claiming proudly to be secular and not implementing the UCC, such as the Congress party, Samajwadi Party, BSP, RJD, TMC, DMK etc. with Govts. for decades in the Center and / or states).

Is UCC is part of other parties agenda? No. Stop your whatabout them nonsense and ask your stupid party to stick with its agenda and ask Modi to stop  calling parts of India mini-Pakistan. And finally stop posing, you’re a religious nutcase whether you agree or not

UCC is the requirement for democracy: one law for all dispensing equal justice to everyone, irrespective of religion, race, caste and gender.
