Speaking of stereotypes..this may or may not be a full stereotype..clearly this young man is smart, educated, savvy, and very practical..it's nice to see him not run out (not yet, any way!) buy a huge house and flaunt his affluence.

*On the other hand, like a rich Indian son/daughter (not to stereotype them) and says: "I don't know how to cook or clean and I make more money if I focus on work rather than on the other stuff in life. Staying in a hotel where all these things are provided enables me to do that."

Let's see -

1. Marriage has a 50% chance of lasting 25 years or more.
2. Women have equal opportunities to have independent careers and economically very viable on their own.
3. We have all agreed to disagree that men's interests and women's passions will never intersect.
4. You need a 50-page pre-nup and constant negotiation to even think of raising a family, esp. if fortune has favored you with a windfall.

He is doing the sensible thing.
