Don't worry... Look at this as a 'training in life" which prepares you for more screwy days as years go by..... God is great...
Think positive.

Not sure if this will help to cheer up or not..I was listening to it..an old song by SPB-Ilaiyaraja..the actor is obviously older now and is doing well in the role of a Dad in the Sun serial "Thendral"..watch it now and then!
And this one..by Adele.."Someone like you"- like it a lot:)

M akka - thanks for posting the songs. absolutely love idhu oru pon maalai.
BTW, when people gave me the "cooking is therapeutic" theory, i secretly laughed at them. i just discovered that it could be :-)
jumped over to the dark side. made parathas and spinach daal and
vegetable fried rice. no pictures because its all done :-) now, that is a

Nice menu! Am sure it was yummy.
Thank goodness that I figured out a long time ago..that cooking is indeed therapeutic! I do cook something almost every day (not a grand menu- one curry, side dish)..don't find it hard at all, multitask well:)
A few others things (among many) I find quite therapeutic and do on a regular basis..
Handwritten letters..
Walking..
Praying.

That's more in the plain "comfort" category:)
Do that some time too..have to try hard to resist temptations (!) and also drinking too much coffee.

Re: Arggggg
I rescind my acceptance of the theory that cooking is therapeutic. A couple of hours at the gym and swimming followed by outdoor barbecue[cooked by someone else] with the kids fixed it.
