Japan's finance minister put his foot in his mouth - he asked the elderly to die (instead of becoming a burden on the exchequer). Any society that embraces materialism to that extent, is ready to decline!

India is way ahead on that strategy and it will perfect that "health care" system in 5 to 10 ears, when old people will go straight to old age home next to crematoriums.
