i don't know why oregon is considered liberal. with the exception one county, multnomah, the rest of oregon is quite conservative.

Oregon is quite the Blue state now.

apparently it isn't according to someone close to me who lives there. she said multnomah is the only exception and also the most populous.

electoral college will be replaced by congressional district college where repubs have a leg up. With one third of population they can control presidency by gerrymandering cong districts. Smart minds are working overtime to overturn majority hegemony.
