This is absolutely shocking!

Did this brilliant person say anything good about these no good rich ST, SC and OBC people..who must be hiding their luxury cars in their mansions as they were trying to save some money by traveling ticketless! I guess the Govt must be hurting with the free train rides, esp. the poor political leaders. Not to mention the poor NRIs like us-our share of the grand Indian pie must be shrinking.
