Tamil man in America Empty Tamil man in America

I live in a huge apartment community. There must be at least 200 Indian families living there.

Just an hour ago, I saw a ghastly sight. It was surreal. A tamil brahmin guy I know who is in his twenties was walking down the street wearing veshti folded at least 4 inches above his knee.

I don't think he would be roaming around like this in the evenings on the streets of Mumbai or Delhi.
