It looks like I have 8 but not daily but may be more than few days in a week.

I wouldnot agree on meat/fish/soy/wine. These are sponsored$ by respective business interests. Anything natural is better than manufactured (wine/coffee).

I came across the video by one almost 80 yearld Doctor who is a heart specialist who helped Bill Clinton to regain his health when Clinton's doctors gave up on his heart condition and told him that he has to live with that. One thing I would like to understand more on his no-oil theory though...While Ayurveda relies on some or other oil intake.




Look at the statistics he puts around 2nd world war..
