Murli Manohar Joshi is a dumbass.

What is all this nonsense about the western influence crap.

The problem is streets in India are not safe for women.

We should look at the problem as it exists and do something about it.

A woman should be able to walk back home safely from wherever she is at any time of the day.

He is only partially right. The Western outlook enabled Indian men to openly do what they usually did out of sight.

Unless the thinking of Indian men is changed, nothing will change.

Remember...the hindus pray Nagaraj and then kill a snake right by the side of the temple. They pray to Goddess Parvathi and then rape the first parvathy that appears on the street.
