TN has its own Raja Bhaiyas. For instance , the guy known as Attack Pandi.

TN has its own Raja Bhaiyas. For instance , the guy known as Attack Pandi.

Yes. But for every attack Pandi in TN, there are a 1000 Raja Bhaiya in UP. Heck just look at the UP MLAs and the chargesheets against them.

It is better to call the UP Assembly the "UP State Pententiary"

The murder rate in TN, AP, and Karnataka is greater than the same figure for UP.*
In my opinion southerners who frequently like to harangue about the high crime rate in northern states like UP should hang their head in shame and stop pointing fingers at others.
