He is Sri Srinivasan. Obama wants him as a judge on the 9th Circuit (D.C).

Now these Tambrahmi people are trying to engulf Amrikaa...

I am sure the DKHeads - if they come to know - will start protesting in front of White house and Supreme court.

I think it is wrong to compare the Tamil Brahmin group with the rest of the population in TN.

The right way to compare is to do by comparing individual caste groups.

TN brahmins are not the only one who are 'successful' disproportionate to its population. In fact there are other caste groups like Mudaliyars who are more successful. I know a Mudaliyar family which has four of its female members in America. They are all doctors.

It was a tongue in cheek comment.

But since you made a serious comment, let me continue. I think the Mudaliar family IMO is not all that successful. All are doctors means they all make (Very) good money. It is so so one-dimensional. Shows there is no other success to claim in that family. Either they all are interested only in medicine (which does not reflect good on the parents) or all forced to do medicine (which is also not good).

I would have been impressed if they were all different and accomplished in medicine, physics, mathematics, economics, etc...

Tell me in what other way they are accomplished? BTW, getting into medicine in Kansas is Jijubi - 2 in 5 applicants get admitted - now you know why Kansas is Kansas.
