I thought that Nutveer Singh was dead!

I saw him on NDTV talking about how many times he met Margaret Thatcher and discussed important issues. He is obviously an extremely brilliant scholar - he graced India with his superb stint as the external affairs minister. So, it is not surprising that Thatcher was learning from him. May be our brilliant Rahul will appoint Nutveer as the PM and "save" the country. Garibi Hatao.

If I rememebr right (Uncle Wiki can help), Natwar Singh was Foreign secretary under Indira or Rajiv before entering politics.

He worked in Indira's secretariat. He also worked for UNESCO, UNO, etc. He was a crony of the Gandui family. He used his connections well and made a lot of money. For a person with a pea brain, he has done well. Even Shivraj Patil was smarter than Nutveer.
