Nader’s lawyer, Oliver Hall, said Thursday that he’ll need to review his options before deciding whether to ask the court to reconsider or to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. “We’re surprised and disappointed by this decision,” Hall said.

I hope he goes to the Supreme Court on this one.

Mr. NadAr is certainly a unique, honest, and sincere personality. Too honest and upright for realistic Worldly affairs.

Ralph Nader was directly responsible for Bush becoming the President in 2000.

How? Gore was too supid to ignore his TN and ended up losing "those" 12 votes. That itself would have won hm the presidency. He was arrogant and thought he could easily win his backyard bcz his dad and he ran the state for 40+ years.

After he lost TN, AZ racist O Connor who won Bush, Jr his presidency.

Nader had nothing to do with it. bcz He had been running in every election and ppl stopped taking him seriously long back. The liberal and env guys behind Nader easily found Gore acceptable. why would anyone vote for nader when Gore was running ?

I was right there in Florida watching the election results till 1 AM with a huge crowd eating away like in a party.

There was always a 3rd candidate more powerful than nader.

Anderson in 1980; Jackson (94) who worked against Mondale; Perot in 92, O Connor in 2000.
