It was Hema Malini's mother who was complaining "my daughter married this man who is older than me."

He is about 78. She must be atleast 62-64 considering that her first film was in 1965-66. So he is about 15-16 years older than her. Not enough time left for her mom to have her and be several years younger than her son in law.
