Risky propositions

Most of the stocks on my watchlist are down today and a bunch of my limit buy orders executed:
SCTY @ 42, new limit sell @ 50
DDD @ 45, new limit sell @ 50
NBG @ 6.1, new limit sell @ 6.7
TSLA @ 91, new limit sell @ 110

Have one open limit buy:
TAN @ 23

I think this is the riskiest portfolio I ever had in my brokerage account (the 401k is a lot more conservative). It will be an interesting week -- I hope at least a couple of those sells execute by the end of the week.

I read the title as Risky "Positions."

But, that is right as well.

Got out of all these positions in the last trading session. I sold NBG at a loss at 5.5, and SCTY at 44, but all others went as planned. TAN also hit a couple days after I posted this, and sold it at 26. Now I am all cash. Not sure what to buy and when.

oh wow, this made me go check my etrade. I had bought 17 shares of Fb at 28.08. It's 37.825 now. Till last week I was red. Now it is + 156

I used to buy small numbers of shares too. But I have learned to stop doing that. When you are in the red, it still feels bad, and when you are up, it's not like you can pay for cool things with the gains. Take bigger positions, you win some, you lose some, but hopefully you come out farther ahead.
