actively proposed/pushed by Didi mamata will be a disaster. A bunch of regional desperadoes trying to survive while at the same fantasizing of central power by some miracle of Ajmer Baba.

such are the ambitions and egos of these state leaders that it is difficult to spot such clarity of thought as yet. All of them are state powers, but they dream like central powers. Mulayam Singh wants to be PM, and so does Nitish Kumar, when their writ does not run beyond UP or Bihar.
