Does not matter. She takes on the caste/religion of the husband - per Hindu Dharma.

So she is a Gulti (even may be eligible for OCI card) as Charged.

Now, she got a Journalism deg from NYU - which is the Private University equivalent of Chimmichanga State. Any avg person who could not get into any of the other private universities go to NYU so that they can proudly claim they went to a pvt university. If he had gone to a state university, she would have found it hard to get good grades - as they dont care about satisfying their student customers.

So much for her education.
