A friend of mine is very paranoid when talking over the phone. He uses code words when talking about certain people. And for browsing, he avoids chrome like the plague. Also, more than 10-12 years ago people told me the government has surveillance satellites capable of tracking anyone they want.

 if your friend isnt an islami, then he falls under "some guys never grow up over the age of 14". let me guess: he plays MUD games compulsively, owns a CB radio, several gold bars and gets atleast two end of world publications that are ordered to a mailbox with no name.
