Considering Thomas sleeps through many Supreme Court hearings, he doesn't write his own opinions, and he asks fewer questions than any other judge on the Court, I don't think any race would want him. He is, ironically, one of the worst examples of the benefits of Affirmative Action - and it's hard for liberals of any race to argue that it's any good having him on the Court.
