Swami should be included with the think tank of Indian diaspora. Swami's thinking and intellect evolved over the years because he has been teaching in US for sometimes. Though, his current affiliation with US university is not known but he had been teaching in Ivy league university on the east coast of US, for sometimes. His policy on India and China border issues and thinking co inside with westerns and US think tank. His argument does hold water but India cannot trust China as long as Chinines attitude toward India is not soften. China considers India as a third world country and shows sub standered respect to Indian sentiments. China's policy will change vis- a-vi to India, if a stronger leadership is in placed in Prime Minister House. Modi's presence in PM house will make Pakistan and China to change their attitude toward India.
