Why so low? The teachers are going to be easy on these kids anyway.

4 yr graduation rate is kind of obsolete these days - one cannot work or intern during regular semesters if one wants to be done in 4 yrs.

56% females - likely to drop out for "usual reasons"
men dropping out even more.

Many join for "financial aid" (loans that are never paid back) for 2 years, accumulating/repeating simple courses until put on probation and dismissed.

Final question is how many would have graduated or on the streets but for these schools - now that is the key.
