Desis copied this crap and called it "ragging".

The first thing any hazing victim should ask his or her tormentors is "why are you doing this to me?" The only answer the victim would get I guess is "because we can".

BTW why are most of the "A & M" universities are Black schools?

The only exception is Texas A & M at College Station, TX.

Really how many are there ?

All A & M were land grant institutions, and they changed their names to K-State, OK-State, Iowa State, etc... Texas A & M and Florida A & M (which has a funny part black/part white arrangement) did not change their names.
