but look at the timing--just after Sen's criticism of the BJP. And secondly, this is a personal attack on Sen which must be condemned. Atal Bihari Vajpayee was known to have been a playboy type in his younger days and he was also said to have had a long time affair with a Mrs Kaul who was the wife of his secretary.

About the Vajpayee guy.

Subrmanaian Swamy made the remark "Vajpayee is a bahchelor but not a brhamachary." That is why Vajpayee hated this Swamy fellow and never included him in the cabinet. They do not like each other.  And stopped speaking to each other long time ago.

The point here is that Swami is now officially in the BJP.  Swami finger pointing at the sex lives or married lives of others will result in others pointing at the married or sex lives of various BJP leaders.

This is a personal attack on Sen that is tasteless and not at all relevant to Sen's questioning of Modi's qualifications to be Prime Minister. Swamy comes across as a cheap, unscrupulous, and desperate sort of fellow, of the class of Diggy Raja. His attack reminds me of Diggy Raja's personal attacks against Anna Hazare and his followers.
