..I read about her last year and was truly impressed. She seemed genuine and interested in people - like most young politicians entering the dirty pool. A very interesting background.

A tamilian born in MP and educated - duh....she is after all a tamizhachi - and made MP her roots with high principles.

Now leave it to congress to screw her. She is being groomed to be the CM of MP - now that will be a first for a Thamizhachi to be CM of MP.

thamizh magal would sound a lot better than the traditional 'aachifying' her -the corresponding equivalent being thamizhachan or what? not sure, may be thamizhi vis-a-vis thamizhan sounds OK ?

can't think of a feminine equivalent for ThamizhaN. Thamizhachi is more of a brahminical term and I dont think Meenakshi Natarajan is one.
