Look, no socks!

Here in San Francisco I see quite a few men wearing shoes without socks with their pants rolled up to their ankles as if to tell the world "look, no socks!". Unless you were crossing a stream or hanging out at the beach why would you roll up your pants? Fellow members of the CHilluminati - are you observing this in your city too?

I wasn't noticing this trend but after reading your post I noticed two guys on Bart matching this description. Looks weird.

A real desi trend will be wearing a polo shirt with short dhoti Gandhi style and kolhapuri chappal to complete the ensemble.

Anyways... These confused unfortunate "men" are easily found and SF is the capital of not normal people, so nothing new.
