...doing ok with my knee. HUGE improvement, considering that i was not even able to sit in "arai mandi" in feb this year. my hot yoga and strengthening UXF is definitely working. more than anything else, i am NOT giving up. i am not letting my knee get in the way of my dancing. i am performing in this year's season Very Happy

Looks like you are well on your way to full recovery. That said, BN performances are quite taxing on the knee so be cautious about rushing into this year's season. You don't need braces now do you? Anyway evaluate your knee in November. Meanwhile practice, practice, practice.

You will be fine...but you need to be careful for a few more months. Too much strain, the same area will get hurt and it wont be fun.

Otherwise, you are cleared to dance - with caution, preferably in slow motion.

Looks like all that fruit eating led to some weight loss and helped with the knee Very Happy Good luck with your dance performance.
