Death to all 5 if law permits. The video on mobile can help law to provide judgement and death to these 5 before year end.

Nothing will happen. Still nothing has happened in the case of the Delhi girl.

All criminals know that courts are their saviors. Politicians, rapists, and murderers all know it.

IPC should dump Muslim personal law and adapt Criminal penalties and punishment from Shariat. The convict should have right to appeal but only once through upto the High court, and with a timeline. SC should be only for constitutional matters and non-criminal matters.

The judiciary needs a lot of reform ans enforcement authority. Now,even the Govts flout its orders.

...Duh...people will be punished only if they are culprits......he is innocent because he never committed such acts before....

wait...am I missing something...

P.S. the "accused" was trying to escape to Bangladesh...The Land of the Lunatics..

Of course... then he should be released with community service in girls hostel.

So...all rapists are now to be considered a minor or a father or a grandfather...

I agree with the mother and she's right.

Sonia Gandhi and family never worked in life, never (allegedly) took bribe, never convicted, never went to jail...yet she's a $ billionaire. A fact.

So if the boy never committed such acts, then he's innocent until proven guilty.
