"Times Now" channel called their program as such - after the Mumbai gang rape.

Is Indian "male" such, or should one move to sex starved Haryana?

How can a society which produces perfectly fine women produces "rapists", and so many?

Men and women grow up in the same environment, by the same mothers and fathers, why so many such males?

perhaps a major flaw in the religion they practice makes the behave in such manner or the soceital structure that is not open to premarital sex

sex is not the only reason. To rape a woman requires a criminal mindset. I do wonder where that kind of mindset comes from? Men who never had any sisters? Men who were raised by only their fathers? Or is it men who were raised by WEAK women in our society, Mothers and Fathers who gave more importance to boys than girls? How can we develop into a society where "RAPE" is next minute occurrence?

True. Rape can't just be to fulfill a bodily need. There has to be some deeper philosophical quest. Some men forcefully seek the truth in hooch, some otherse seek it in a coochie.
