This is all Bull. Muslim Women are a persecuted lot. There is a damocles sword of Triple Talaq, hanging on their head. Congress appeasement ensured that there is hardly any reforms in the laws that grant them decent alimony. If EC assures that Votes are NOT counted booth wise, then Non Congress vote share among Muslims are likely to go up outside Gujarat also. Infact, let BJP push for this in EC, I am pretty sure Congress will oppose it.
