Why is it that Indians in various countries get deported to India after serving their sentence there. I think shortly we shall have many such criminals in our midst, and those of us here in India will have no clue to his antecedent. All these people will claim 'foreign returned'. Nobody will know the person is 'foreign prison returned'.
