She is indeed a Puratchi Thalaivi.
Kangeyam, Kumarapalayam (which is 2 miles from the center of Namakkal), Veppur are not exactly small villages - there are engineering and other colleges within 2 to 3 miles of these proposed colleges.

Just saying.
